Terms of Service — SMS/Text Messaging

Hendrickson Huggins LLC sends SMS text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages include appointment and meeting reminders, document and information requests, tax return and filing status updates, billing and payment notifications, and replies to inquiries you send us.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt in again as you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
